This website was designed in 1998. There was one version of the site with the orange theme and another in purple for the intranet developed in collaboration with IBM that linked the organization’s regional offices with a common database. The background for the sub-pages featured a subtle college of phrases (closer cooperation; shared leadership responsibilities, etc) associated with the organization.

The public site was designed to provide information about the organization and to list and make available for sale the organization’s publications.
