Many musician websites ask visitors to choose where to go before they’ve been given a reason to stay.

Hadiza’s old website followed this pattern and reflected an earlier stage of her career. Now her music was to be her sole professional focus, and she needed a website that could introduce her work quickly and convincingly to venue bookers, event organizers, collaborators, and prospective fans.

To support that transition, we created a one-page website that places performances, recordings, and imagery directly in front of visitors from the moment they arrive. Rather than navigating through separate pages for music, video, biography, and press, visitors encounter the work itself in a deliberate sequence that includes “Screening Rooms” and “Listening Booths” and builds a compelling introduction to the artist—one that can be experienced in just a few minutes while still rewarding a longer visit.

In the first month after launch, page views increased by 566% and average engagement time increased by 893%, suggesting that visitors were spending significantly more time listening, watching, and exploring the work. This is the specific behavior the structure was designed to produce.

long-scrolling website design for a singer songwriter

I have been working with Hamiltro Website Design for over a decade and can't praise them enough! From the start, Rohesia's approach to building a site that matched my vision was skillful, imaginative and supportive. She is adept at innovative problem-solving and regularly keeps clients informed about new developments in technology. Most importantly for me, Rohesia has patiently explained what I needed to know about maintaining my site every step of the way. Hamiltro Website Design exemplifies professionalism with individualized care, which is truly refreshing these days.
